The End! - After many years renting a treatment room at Colchester Leisure World this will stop from the end of March 2024. In some instances home visits may be available but all other appointments will be at my Little Clacton treatment room.

Nearly Full!!! - Tuesday morning Knee, Hip & Balance classes are getting close to capacity as they currently stand. I will be looking at options to expand capacity in the near future. This could be new classes or getting more equipment to increase the numbers in each class. Updates will be put up here when things are decided.
