  • The New Normal

  • Massage clients are still required to wear a face covering unless exempt. (You don't have to wear a face covering if I am doing a home visit).

  • I will continue to wear a face covering.

  • I will also do a Lateral Flow Test two times a week.

  • There will still be increased ventilation during appointments and half hour gaps between appointments for cleaning and ventilating.

  • Classes are remaining in the large hall.

  • Increased ventilation remains in place.

  • The measured and spaced layout remains in place to give every client the space they feel they need.

  • You don't have to wear a face covering on arrival but it is preferred and you should ensure you give other class users at least 2m space still.

  • All cleaning protocols remain in place.
