  • I've been busy! New opportunities to work with some clients once or twice a week each, on corrective exercises has meant that a number of appointment slots each week have been taken up working to help people with Brain injuries through Accidents or stroke, with people recovering from other injuries related to RTAs and people with postural balance issues. Some of these clients have come via Case Management Companies others through referrals. And it has been very rewarding to see the results these clients have achieved. 

  • Spaces Available - Tuesday morning Knee, Hip & Balance classes now have some spaces available after having been close to capacity for a few years. Unfortunately old age and other medical conditions have meant that some long time class members have had to give up coming.

  • Marathon (Half Marathon) season is here, so get yourself booked in if you have an upcoming event to ensure you avoid any pains or niggles that might spoil your event.

  • Osteoarthritis (OA) whilst not curable is manageable! Contact me for more information.
